TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Our goal is useful, clearly sourced kitchen and home-design information that distinguishes inspiration from rules, measured trends from opinion, and finished projects from conceptual imagery.
For laws, building standards, housing guidance, and public programs, primary government sources take priority. For renovation and design trends, we prefer original studies or publications that identify their methodology. Secondary reporting may be used for context when the underlying source is clear.
Time-sensitive claims should include dates or links to current sources. Articles may be updated when codes, standards, or source data change. Older guidance should not be presented as current without re-checking it.
AI-generated and illustrative images should not be used to imply that a specific photographed project exists. When an image depicts a proposed or unbuilt development, its caption should state: “Conceptual visualization—not an official rendering.”
If future content includes an affiliate, paid, or sponsored relationship, that relationship should be disclosed in the relevant article before readers encounter the recommendation.
Articles explain general design and renovation topics. They should not be written as a substitute for project-specific review by qualified professionals or the authority having jurisdiction.
